Fern leaf in copper with tourmaline

This necklace is made from a real fern leaf that has been plated with copper using the electroplating process. The leaf is still inside the pendant, immortalizing a small piece of nature's beauty in copper. The details of the leaf are still clearly visible despite the sturdy copper coating.
 An orange and a dark green tourmaline were incorporated as gemstones.
 The piece was coated with a patina, polished to give it a final finish, and finally sealed to prevent the copper from oxidizing.
 The pendant comes on a 50cm rose gold stainless steel chain. If you prefer a different length, please specify when ordering.
