Ginkgo leaf in copper

Handmade necklace featuring a real ginkgo leaf, collected last autumn in my own garden, which has been coated with copper. The leaf is therefore still inside the pendant, thus immortalizing a small piece of nature in all its beauty, preserved in copper. The details of the leaf remain clearly visible despite the durable copper coating.
 A small rock crystal point and a star decorate the leaf.
 The piece was coated with a patina, polished as a finish, and finally sealed to prevent the copper from oxidizing.
 The pendant comes on a black cotton cord with a sliding knot, so the length can be individually adjusted.
