Fern earrings with garnet and Herkimer quartz

This beautiful, elegant pair of earrings consists of two small fern leaves. The leaves have been coated with copper using an electroplating process. The fern is therefore still inside the pendant, thus immortalizing a piece of nature in all its beauty within the copper. Each earring is adorned with a small Herkimer quartz crystal and a garnet bead.
 The ear hooks are made of copper. The earring is approximately 11cm long, the fern leaf is 7cm long.
