About me
Hello, I'm Franzie, and creativity and a love of handcrafting have been with me my entire life. I've been passionately crafting jewelry since 2018.
I started by knotting macramé jewelry, then I moved on to soft soldering with tin, and for almost four years now, I've also been dedicated to copper electroplating. I taught myself most of these techniques, which has allowed me to develop my own unique style of crafting.
Inspired by the remarkable diversity of nature, I incorporate minerals and gemstones, as well as organic materials such as leaves, flowers, insects, and other natural materials into my works. Just as nature is special and unique in all its facets, I also attach great importance to ensuring that each piece is unique.
With a lot of creativity and attention to detail, I create handmade unique pieces.
I put a lot of time and patience into each individual work.
Therefore, each unique piece has its price, which is also reflected in the quality through my accumulated experience.
The jewelry techniques I specialize in are soft soldering with lead-free tin, copper and silver electroplating, and micromacramé.

Sustainability and ethics

In my work, I attach great importance to sustainability and ethical action.
The plants and leaves that I use in my works are collected with great care. I often only collect materials that I find on the ground, leaves or sticks that fall from the tree and insects that have died of natural causes. When I cut a plant for my jewelry, I only take as much as I need and leave the plant as if I had never been there. Respectful treatment of nature is very important in my work.
I only use plastic-free packaging materials. The shipping boxes are made of 100% cardboard or grass paper, the adhesive tape and the filling material are also made of paper.
I also use handmade paper made from recycled paper as stationery.
Due to the quality of the shipping materials, the packaging is ideal for reuse.
